The Women in Tourism Caribbean retreat is an experience rooted in connection, restoration, and shared purpose. Our 2025 retreat brought together incredible women from across the region for a thoughtfully curated weekend that blended meaningful conversation with unforgettable moments.

From a warm welcome cocktail reception at Beaches Turks & Caicos and the vibrant energy of the Island Fish Fry, to a day of relaxation at The Palms Wellness Spa and a scenic midday boat cruise with Caicos Charters, each experience was designed to create space for both connection and renewal.

The highlight of the weekend was our signature Brunch & Conversation at The Shore Club, featuring a powerful keynote by renowned Jamaican leader and former Miss World, Lisa Hanna. Her presence set the tone for honest dialogue, inspiration, and reflection among women navigating leadership and life in tourism.

Beyond the retreat experience, WITC also extended its impact into the community through a school tour initiative meant to engage and inspire the next generation of women in tourism across the Turks and Caicos Islands.

These moments captured the heart of WITC and embodied the 2025 theme: “Where Women in Tourism Gather, Grow, and Just…Be”.
